Terms and Conditions of Use

Purpose and acceptance

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of duplasena.com (the "Site"), an entertainment-only numeric lottery ("quiniela") operated with fictitious credits ("FUN credits"), with no economic value, no real money involved, and no prizes convertible into cash or any other good. duplasena.com does not offer, process, or admit real-money deposits, withdrawals, or bets under any circumstance, and this document must not be read as an authorization, license, or approval to do so.

duplasena.com is operated by [legal entity name to be provided], with registered address at [address to be provided], the same corporate structure that operates jogodobicho.com. As of this version, no local company has been incorporated in Argentina, Paraguay, or any other country in the region, and there is no registration number, tax ID, or gaming license from any regulator. This page will be updated with that information once it exists; until then, it is flagged this way, visibly, rather than filled in with invented information.

By creating an account and using the Site, the user accepts these Terms expressly and unambiguously. Acceptance is recorded with date, time, and IP address. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you must not register for or use duplasena.com.

Who can register: minimum age and accuracy of information

Only persons over 18 years of age may register. Registration requires a date of birth, and the platform verifies that it corresponds to a person of legal age before granting access to the game. There is no exception for parental or guardian authorization: the prohibition on users under 18 is absolute.

The information provided at registration must be true, complete, and your own: name, email address, password, and date of birth. Providing false information, using someone else's identity, or fabricating an identity is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

If an account is found to belong to a minor, or to contain false information, it is closed immediately. Because there is no real money or deposits involved, closure does not generate any refund of funds, since there are no funds to refund — accumulated FUN credits simply cease to be available.

Account, password, and security

Each user may hold a single account, which is personal and non-transferable. The account may not be assigned, sold, lent, or shared with third parties, including family members.

Your password is stored on the server using cryptographic hashing, never in plain text — not even our support team can read it. You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for the actions taken through your logged-in session. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, notify us immediately at soporte@duplasena.com.

duplasena.com may request verification of the registered email address as a security measure and to be able to contact you regarding a complaint, a responsible-gaming alert, or a relevant change to these Terms.

FUN credits: no economic value

Everything played on duplasena.com is played with FUN credits, a virtual balance with no monetary value. FUN credits cannot be purchased with real money, cannot be withdrawn, cannot be transferred to another account, cannot be exchanged for cash, goods, or any other benefit, and do not represent a promise of any real prize.

A favorable outcome on duplasena.com does not create any right to payment. Any reference to a "prize," "jackpot," or "win" appearing on the Site refers exclusively to FUN credits within the game itself, and must always be understood that way.

If duplasena.com were ever to offer a real-money mode in the future, that would require licenses, authorizations, and a separate contract from this one, published in advance and accepted independently. Nothing in these Terms anticipates or promises that transition.

How the game works and the random number generator

duplasena.com is a DOUBLE-draw numeric quiniela: the user picks numbers and competes against both draws, which are settled separately and whose prizes add up. Instant draws are calculated using a server-side cryptographic random number generator, whose result can be independently verified by the player.

No decision about the game outcome is made on the user's device: all draw logic runs on the server, precisely so the result cannot be altered from the browser or the app. This protects the integrity of the game even though the credits involved have no economic value.

The specific rules of each game mode (available numbers, how to place a bet, when a bet is considered accepted) are shown on the Site itself before confirmation. In case of any discrepancy between what the screen displayed and what the server recorded, the server's record prevails.

Prohibited conduct

The following is prohibited: creating more than one account per person; using another person's data, identity, or documentation; using bots, scripts, or any form of automation to play; deliberately exploiting a technical flaw instead of reporting it to soporte@duplasena.com; attempting to breach, copy, or reverse-engineer the Site or its software; and using duplasena.com for any purpose other than the entertainment contemplated in these Terms.

It is also prohibited to offer, advertise, or broker any exchange of FUN credits for real money, cryptocurrency, or any item of value, whether between users or with third parties. FUN credits have no market, and creating an artificial one contradicts the Site's stated nature.

Breach of these prohibitions authorizes suspension or closure of the account, as described in section 8, without prejudice to any legal action that may apply.

Responsible gaming, limits, and self-exclusion

Even though duplasena.com does not involve real money, we promote healthy gaming habits from day one. At /responsabilidad you can set time and activity limits, enable pauses, and request temporary or permanent self-exclusion, free of charge and without needing to justify the request.

Once activated, self-exclusion blocks access to the game for the chosen period. duplasena.com does not send promotional communications to a self-excluded account.

If you or someone close to you feels that time spent playing has become a problem, contact us at soporte@duplasena.com: we will point you toward where to seek help, even though there is no money at risk on this Site.

Suspension, blocking, and account closure

duplasena.com may suspend or close an account upon well-founded suspicion of the prohibited conduct described in section 6, use by a minor, false registration data, a duplicate account, or a self-exclusion request.

Any relevant suspension or closure is communicated to the registered email address, stating the reason. Because there is no balance with economic value, account closure does not give rise to any refund of money.

You may close your own account at any time by writing to soporte@duplasena.com, free of charge and without needing to justify the request.

Intellectual property

The trademarks, logos, design, software, source code, and text of duplasena.com belong to its operator or its licensors, and are protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Site for the sole purpose of playing in entertainment mode. Copying, redistributing, modifying, or commercially exploiting the Site or its content without written authorization is prohibited.

No relationship with official lotteries or public bodies

duplasena.com is a private entertainment brand and has no relationship, association, sponsorship, or affiliation with the "Dupla Sena" lottery operated by Caixa Econômica Federal in Brazil, nor with any other public body, state lottery, or gaming authority in any country.

Any similarity in name is coincidental with respect to that official lottery and does not in any way imply that duplasena.com is endorsed, authorized, or connected to it or to any government entity. duplasena.com does not distribute prizes from the official lottery and does not participate in its draws.

Limitation of liability and service availability

duplasena.com is provided "as is." We make reasonable efforts to keep the Site available and functioning correctly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the total absence of errors.

Because there is no real money or economic value at stake, the operator's liability toward the user is limited, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, to correcting system errors and restoring FUN credits where appropriate; there is no compensable financial loss arising from a game outcome.

We are not liable for connection, device, or software failures on the user's own end, nor for the content of third-party sites linked from duplasena.com.

Changes, governing law, and contact

We may amend these Terms to reflect changes to the Site or to applicable law. Relevant changes are published on this same page with a new version date and, where reasonably possible, notified by email. Continued use of the Site after a new version is published constitutes acceptance of it.

These Terms are governed by the law of the user's country of domicile, to the extent that law applies given the nature of a consumer relationship, without prejudice to any applicable public-policy rules.
