Privacy Policy
Version 1.0 β effective September 2, 2026
Who processes your data
This Privacy Policy explains how duplasena.com collects, uses, shares, protects, and deletes your personal data when you use the Site. duplasena.com is operated by [legal entity name to be provided], with registered address at [address to be provided], the same corporate structure that operates jogodobicho.com. As of this version, no local company has been incorporated in Argentina or Paraguay, and no data protection officer has been named individually; until that exists, any request regarding your personal data is handled through the contact channel in this Policy.
When we say "we," we mean the operator of duplasena.com. When we say "you," we mean anyone who visits the Site, registers, or plays.
What this Policy covers
This Policy applies to duplasena.com, to its Spanish, Portuguese, and English versions, and to the support we provide by email. It applies both to registered players and to anyone who simply visits the Site.
duplasena.com is an entertainment site with FUN credits, with no real money involved. We do not process payments, do not handle cards or bank accounts, and there is no flow of funds associated with your account.
What data we collect
We collect the following data when you create an account: your email address, your password (which we store using cryptographic hashing, never in plain text), and your date of birth, the latter used exclusively to verify that you are 18 or older.
We also automatically collect your IP address at registration and on subsequent access, along with usage data: which pages you visit, which games you choose, how often you play, and what type of device and browser you use to connect.
We do not request or collect financial data, card numbers, bank account details, or identity documents, because there are no payments or withdrawals on duplasena.com.
What we use your data for, and our legal basis
We use your email and password to create and maintain your account, let you log in, and contact you regarding security or support matters. We use your date of birth exclusively to confirm you are 18 or older before enabling gameplay.
We use your IP address and usage data to prevent fraud, detect duplicate accounts, apply the responsible-gaming controls described at /responsabilidad, and improve how the Site works.
The legal basis for these uses is, as applicable: performance of the contract formed when you accept these Terms and create your account, compliance with a legal obligation (such as verifying your age), and our legitimate interest in maintaining the platform's security and integrity.
Legal framework that applies to you, based on your country
Because duplasena.com serves users from different countries, the data protection law that protects you depends on where you are domiciled. If you are in Argentina, Law 25,326 on Personal Data Protection applies. If you are in Paraguay, Law 7593/2025 on Personal Data Protection applies, effective from November 27, 2027. If you are in Brazil, the General Data Protection Law applies (LGPD, Law 13,709/2018).
When none of those laws applies based on your domicile, we still treat your data under the same standards described in this Policy, as a general practice of the operator, even though no specific legal obligation reaches us in your jurisdiction.
Who we share your data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with providers that help us operate the Site, under our instructions and with appropriate safeguards: our infrastructure hosting provider, DigitalOcean, with data centers in the United States, and email and SMS delivery providers when we need to send you an operational communication.
We may also share data with a public authority when there is a legal obligation, a court order, or a legitimate request from a competent body.
International data transfers
Because our infrastructure is hosted in the United States, your data may be transferred outside your country of residence. We take reasonable security measures with our providers so that this transfer does not weaken the protection of your data.
You can request more information about this transfer by writing to soporte@duplasena.com.
How long we keep your data
We keep records of your gaming activity for 5 (five) years from the last activity on your account, as a matter of good governance and to be able to respond to an inquiry or complaint within a reasonable time.
You may request the closure of your account and the deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to soporte@duplasena.com. Upon closure, we delete or anonymize your identifying data (email, password, date of birth), unless there is a legitimate reason to keep a minimal record for a reasonable time, for example to handle an ongoing complaint.
Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you logged in and to remember your chosen language. These cookies do not depend on your consent because they are essential for the Site to function.
If we introduce analytics or advertising cookies in the future, you will be able to accept or reject them through a preferences panel, and this Policy will be updated to describe them in detail.
Your rights and how to exercise them
You have the right to access your personal data, correct it if outdated or inaccurate, request its deletion, and object to a specific processing activity, subject to any legal exceptions that may apply depending on your country (sometimes called ARCO rights: access, rectification, cancellation, and objection).
To exercise any of these rights, write to soporte@duplasena.com from the email address registered on your account. We will respond within 15 (fifteen) calendar days of receiving your request, and if we need more time due to the complexity of the case, we will let you know within that same period.
Information security
We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data: passwords are stored using cryptographic hashing, traffic between your device and our servers is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS), and access to account information is restricted to staff who need it to provide support.
No system is immune to incidents. If we detect a security incident that could affect your data, we will notify you by email and take the necessary steps to mitigate it.
Minors
duplasena.com is not directed at persons under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we become aware that an account belongs to a minor, we close it and delete their data, unless the law requires us to keep some minimal record.
Changes to this Policy and contact
We may update this Policy when the way we handle your data changes, or when applicable law changes. Each version carries a number and an effective date, shown at the top of this document, and relevant changes are notified by email when reasonably possible.
For any question about this Policy or your personal data, write to soporte@duplasena.com.
